This notice explains how the enquiry form on the GengThaiLanguage website works.

When you send an enquiry

We collect the name, email address, course interest, optional phone number, and optional message you provide, along with your consent and the time of submission. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.

How your information is used

Your enquiry is stored so we can respond to your questions, discuss suitable courses, and manage follow-up. If you provide a phone number, we may also contact you by phone about your enquiry. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Only authorised GengThai staff should access enquiries through the private dashboard.

Hosting and storage

The website is designed to use Vercel for hosting and Turso for secure database storage when published. These providers process the information needed to operate the website. We keep enquiry data only for as long as it is needed to respond to and manage your request.

Cookies and browser features

The public website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The staff dashboard uses a necessary session cookie after sign-in. The optional pronunciation feature uses your browser or device’s speech service, when available, to read public Thai phrases; it does not use your microphone.

Keeping the form reliable

The website temporarily stores a hashed identifier and request count to limit repeated submissions. It also checks for automated form spam. Request-limit records expire automatically.

Questions or removal requests

To ask about an enquiry or request that it be corrected or removed, use our enquiry form with the same email address and include your enquiry reference if you have it.
